When you submit an order request or contact us, we may handle your name, email address, phone number, shipping information, requested items, discount information, payment method, transaction reference, uploaded proof of payment, order status, and messages you send.
How information is used
We use information to verify payments, fulfill and support orders, prevent fraud and misuse, manage inventory, meet accounting and legal obligations, and communicate about a request or inquiry.
Service providers
Jotform receives order requests and uploaded payment proof, Vercel hosts the website, and the customer-selected payment service processes the payment. These providers process information under their own privacy terms as needed to provide their services.
Storage and retention
Order-request and operational records are retained only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
Sharing and choices
