Purchases
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and authorized to use the supplied payment method. You agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information. Greyline may reject or cancel an order because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, or legal and provider requirements.
Prices, tax, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. A $15 U.S. shipping charge is included in the amount due shown on the order-request form. Customers send payment using their selected third-party payment service and upload proof through Jotform. A submitted request is accepted only after Greyline manually verifies payment and completes its fulfillment review.
Research use
Every product is offered solely for legitimate laboratory research. Products are not medicines, foods, cosmetics, supplements, or household products and are not for human or veterinary use. Buyers must follow the separate Research Use Policy.
Product information
Product, lot, storage, and batch information should be evaluated with the documentation supplied for the applicable material. Site content is general product information and is not medical, veterinary, diagnostic, or treatment advice.
