Shipping
Where we ship
We ship only to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs $15 per order. Applicable tax is added at checkout.
Processing time
Orders normally leave our facility within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends, holidays, address issues, severe weather, carrier delays, and unusually high order volume may extend that timeframe.
Address and tracking
Customers must provide a complete, accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. Once an order ships, available tracking information is sent or provided through the order record. Carrier scans and delivery dates are controlled by the carrier.
Final sale, damage, and missing items
All sales are final
Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after purchase. Because product integrity and chain of custody cannot be verified after delivery, products cannot be returned for resale.
Damaged or missing items
Report an item that arrives damaged or is missing from the shipment within 7 calendar days after carrier delivery. Include the order email, packaging photos, product photos when applicable, and a description of the issue. After review, Greyline will replace the affected item or issue an appropriate refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds for damaged or missing items are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers control how long the credit takes to appear.
